This policy explains how Agentplace, Inc. collects and uses information when you visit agentplace.io or use the Agentplace product. It also explains the choices available in your browser.
We collect information you provide, such as your name, email address, account details, agent configurations, messages, uploaded content, support requests, and billing-related information. Payment providers process payment-card details on our behalf.
We also process technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as IP address, browser and device details, request times, authentication records, and error diagnostics. Optional analytics and marketing tools may collect page, device, interaction, referral, and campaign information only as described under Privacy choices below.
Necessary storage supports security, authentication, and core service operation. It cannot be disabled through the privacy panel. Optional tools are grouped into Analytics and Marketing categories.
In the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, optional tools remain off until you choose. If we cannot determine your region, we use the same protective default. In other regions, optional tools may start with the applicable default, and you can change that choice at any time.
Select Privacy settings in the page footer to accept, reject, or change a category. Closing the settings without saving leaves your previous choice unchanged. Your saved choice is stored in a secure, first-party cookie for up to 180 days and then requested again. Withdrawing a choice updates available vendor controls, removes known first-party vendor storage, and reloads the page so optional scripts do not start again. Global Privacy Control signals automatically disable the Marketing category.
We use infrastructure and operational providers, including Amazon Web Services, to host and deliver the service. We use Sentry for necessary error monitoring with session replay, performance tracing, and default personal-data collection disabled in the web application.
With Analytics permission, we may use Google Analytics and Amplitude for page and interaction measurement. We also use Ahrefs Web Analytics, a cookie-free analytics service, only after Analytics permission. With Marketing permission, we may use Meta Pixel for campaign and conversion measurement and ReB2B for approved visitor or company identification. These providers process information under their own privacy terms and may process it in countries other than your own.
We use information to provide and secure Agentplace, authenticate users, process transactions, respond to support requests, maintain reliability, prevent abuse, comply with law, and improve the product. Where permitted, optional analytics helps us understand product use, and marketing information helps us measure campaigns and conversions.
We share information with service providers only as needed for the services they perform for us. We may also disclose information to comply with law, protect users or Agentplace, investigate abuse, or complete a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale. Some laws may define optional advertising measurement as sharing; rejecting Marketing or sending Global Privacy Control disables that processing in this browser.
We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, including account operation, security, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Retention varies by data type and service-provider contract. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no transmission or storage system is completely secure.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal information, and to withdraw consent. You may also have the right to complain to a data-protection authority. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Agentplace is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information to us.
We may update this policy as our practices or legal obligations change. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when appropriate.
