AI Agent Builder
Turn real business needs into working AI agents.
Build AI agents that help real businesses serve their customers. You’ll understand how a business operates, design the customer experience, build AI workflows, connect integrations, test the result, and publish a working agent.
This isn’t a traditional software engineering role. We’re looking for someone who combines product thinking, UX instincts, and design taste with AI-assisted development and no-code tools.
About Agentplace
Agentplace is a platform for building AI agents that serve customers. Agents can answer questions, help people choose services, handle customer service, and guide customers toward bookings or other outcomes.
We’re based in San Francisco and have been featured in VentureBeat, USA Today, and Fast Company.
What you’ll do
- Understand each business, its services, and its customers.
- Design the agent’s interface and customer journey.
- Build AI workflows that answer questions, help customers choose services, collect information, and guide them toward booking or payment.
- Connect supported integrations through APIs, including calendars, payments, CRMs, and messaging tools.
- Test agents with realistic scenarios, identify problems, and improve the experience.
- Publish finished agents that businesses can use with their customers.
Who you are
You think like a product builder. You care about how something works and feels, not just whether it runs. You’re comfortable using AI tools to build quickly, learn new systems, and turn an idea into a working product.
You might be:
- A Framer or Webflow developer ready to build beyond traditional websites.
- A product designer who codes.
- A no-code or automation builder experienced with tools such as Zapier, Make, or n8n.
- A vibe coder using Cursor, Lovable, Bolt, or Replit.
- A freelancer who builds websites, chatbots, or digital products for clients.
- A junior solutions engineer with strong product instincts.
You should have a basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and APIs, along with a strong sense of design and user experience.
