Choose materials that explain the work
| Material | What it helps establish |
|---|---|
| Website or service catalog | What you offer and how you describe it. |
| Policies and decision rules | Eligibility, constraints, prices, and exceptions. |
| Completed examples | The expected structure and quality of a useful result. |
| Connected business source | Information that needs to be retrieved or updated through an authorized account. |
Explain how each source should be used
The Builder can inspect an accessible website and work with supplied materials. Private pages and accounts require access through the appropriate flow. A supplied URL is not permission to reach information behind someone else’s login.
Separate facts from examples. A sample quote shows the desired format, but its customer details and prices should not become the defaults for every new customer. Identify which source wins when two files disagree.
Knowledge for a catering agent
Provide the current menu, portion guidance, dietary information, pricing rules, and one sample proposal. Explain which dishes are unavailable and whether the agent may estimate a total or must request a quote from the team.
Keep changing information current
An uploaded copy is not necessarily a live feed. For changing prices or availability, define whether the agent should read a connected source or use a reference that you update.
Ask the agent to acknowledge missing information rather than invent a policy or claim real-time availability. Retest relevant tasks after changing key materials.
