Which apps can I connect to Agentplace?
These examples come from the integration catalog. Choose the apps your business already uses and connect them around the work your agent should complete.
| Category | Example integrations | What your agent can use them for |
|---|---|---|
| Documents and data | Google Drive, Google Sheets, Notion, Airtable | Read business materials, look up records, and save the result of a customer session. |
| Scheduling | Google Calendar, Calendly | Check availability and arrange the next appointment or advisor call. |
| Gmail, SendGrid | Send a plan, confirmation, or follow-up through your connected email account. | |
| CRM and sales | HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive | Create or update a contact, record preferences, and pass an agreed request to your team. |

Choose the action before the app
An app appearing in the catalog does not mean every operation is available in Agentplace. Available connections depend on supported authentication, the provider’s API, your account plan, permissions, and enabled tools. Ask the Builder to check the specific action during setup.
| Customer outcome | Connection to consider |
|---|---|
| Schedule an advisor call | An authorized calendar with the intended booking rules. |
| Send a completed itinerary | An email account with a configured delivery action. |
| Continue a sales or service request | A CRM action that creates or updates the appropriate record. |
| Work from current business data | A connected document, spreadsheet, or relevant data source. |
Other apps and compatible MCP connections
If your app is not listed above, tell the Builder its name and the task. It can search the wider catalog for the provider and relevant tools. For a service outside the catalog, ask it to check a compatible MCP connection or an API integration. This may require additional setup.
Connecting ChatGPT, Claude, or another AI workspace is a separate workflow. Your Agentplace agent can remain the customer-facing experience while configured tools or other agents continue part of the work.
Configure and test a connection
Access used while building and access granted to the published agent are not the same thing. Confirm what the finished agent can use. Do not place API keys or account passwords in a public brief or URL.
- Tell the Builder the business outcome and the app you want to use.
- Authorize the relevant account through the connection flow.
- Define which actions the customer experience may trigger and what requires confirmation.
- Test the published workflow and verify the result in the external system.
Handle unavailable or expired connections
Define what the agent should do if an app is unavailable, permission has expired, or a required record is missing. It should report the incomplete action and offer the intended recovery or handoff.
A displayed recommendation or proposed booking is not confirmation of an external write. Make completed actions distinguishable from proposals in the customer experience.
