Can I use Agentplace when I have no credits?
Yes. GPT-6 Luna is always free in both the Builder and your agent. You can use it to explore an interface, build, revise, and run the agent even when the credit balance is zero.
When credits run out, your agent automatically switches to GPT-6 Luna. Free model usage does not remove charges or limits that apply to connected services, scheduled work, or other plan features.
Can I choose between a faster answer and deeper reasoning?
Yes. Choose a model inside your agent to suit the task. Faster models may be less capable on difficult requests; models better suited to complex reasoning can take longer. The default is the balance of speed and quality we recommend.
Try the same representative task with the models you are considering. Compare the correctness and usefulness of the result alongside response time and credit usage.
A credit is not a message
Different requests can require different amounts of AI work. Model choice and the work needed to complete a task affect usage. One request that includes research, tool calls, and revisions is not equivalent to a short answer.
Do not convert a credit allowance into a guaranteed number of customer sessions without measuring the actual workflow. Test representative tasks before estimating the cost of a paid offer.
Do opening the agent and receiving visitors use credits?
A visit can start AI work as the agent prepares the experience, answers questions, and runs actions. That work uses credits on paid models. GPT-6 Luna model usage remains free.
The cost is tied to the work performed, rather than a fixed price for every page view or every minute a tab stays open. A thousand visits can lead to very different usage depending on the model and customer tasks.

Where can I check the rules for changes to the service?
The Terms of Service explain changes to the service and contractual terms. Updates to the Terms take effect when published. For specific notice periods or other negotiated commitments, discuss your requirements with us as part of an Enterprise agreement.
